We only accept Product orders within Australia via our online shopping cart or by email or phone request.

NOTE: All International Product Orders will not be accepted via our online shopping cart. Any product inquiry will only be considered by email

All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars, no product order will be shipped until full payment is received by Community Fitness Australia Pty Ltd.

Shipping Policy

All online orders within Australia are shipped free. Community Fitness Australia Pty Ltd only use Australia Post regular parcel service. As the delivery is done by an external party, Community Fitness Australia P/L cannot be held responsible for any failure to observe those delivery times. It is therefore understood and agreed that the customer will not be entitled to withdraw or modify the order made for any reason, including without limitation, for any delay in delivery.

If, however delivery has not occurred within 21 days from the indicated delivery date (allowing up to 10 business days from date the order payment has been received), you may elect in writing to cancel the order and you will receive a full refund (including shipping fees).

Product Warranty

We sell a variety of Walking poles as well as a range of replacement parts and accessories of various brands. Products sold by Community Fitness Australia Pty Ltd carry 12 months warranty against material and component defects and faulty workmanship. Please note: All wearable products such as but not limited to, pole handles, poles straps asphalt rubber paws & spike tips only carry a 3 months warranty against material and component defects and faulty workmanship.

We reserve the right to repair or replace genuine claims made by the original purchaser, at the discretion of Community Fitness Australia Pty Ltd.

Our Community Fitness Australia Pty Ltd warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, mechanical damage, an act of god, improper use & care, fair wear and tear and the natural breakdown beyond the reasonable life of the materials, workmanship and components.

We reserve the right to alter designs, colors and specification without notice.

If you wish to make a claim against the product warranty kindly do so by notifying us by email identifying your concerns. And we will be in contact within 24hours to what action will be taken.

Return Policy

Our products come with a 14-day money back guarantee (excluded are clothing, books and DVD’s). If you’re not happy with the products, you are welcome to return your purchased product (s), unused & in new condition, together with your proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase to receive an exchange, credit or refund. Where possible, goods should be returned in their original package with tags attached.

Community Fitness Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for postage costs associated with the delivery or returned goods, except in cases where the good has been recalled or the product is faulty. This offer is in addition to your Statutory Rights for returns. Please contact us by email before returning any items.

Community Fitness Australia Pty Ltd treats any personal contact details collected because of any enquiries in the strictest confidence. Our database does not get sold or passed onto any other third party. Nor do we allow your e-mail address available to any other third party.
